We both enjoy singing and dancing to upbeat pop songs and Christian worship music. We love comedy and making jokes, writing songs, and traveling. @MarleySings

While living in NYC has its pros and cons, seeing pop-up performances by talented unsigned artist is defintely a benefit. Like @MarleySings for example, singer from NYC.  Even though we were unable to get a video, we were able to get a photo off before the train came.  Fortunately, she's got fans, and more of her videos can be found online just follow her on social.

Blue Funk Orchestra needs a damn deal

This electrifying NYC street performing duo, sax player and drummer, can often be heard under the streets of NYC freestyling funky jazz sets that instantly get you movin’ to the beat, remniscent of that classic 90's hip hop feel, mixed in with a little bit of that contagious James Brown sound.

After the we recorded a set, which you can watch below, we asked for their name and the drummer replied Blue Funk Orchestra.

Someone please sign these guys.

He returned home a new man with a new perspective, a fresh focus, and a strong determination to succeed. In a first book of its kinda, CHANGIN' YOUR GAMEPLAN is about the journey of change one MUST embark on in order to live a positive, productive, and successful life after prison. Poet from Harlem - Brad Bathgate

Brad Bathgate - Poet from Harlem speaks reality through wit and observation. Definitely entertaining the way he forces you to see his stories through his eyes.

Aka 'Blue', Brad Bathgate is the author of "Corner Stores in the Middle of the Block," a collection of original poetry and short stories.  In the spring of 2002, he was published in "Signifying Harlem," an anthology of poetry. He has performed at the Nuyorican Poet's Café, The Bowery Poetry Club, The Poets House and The Poetry Project at St. Mark's Church in association with Cave Canem Poets. Blue performs at art galleries, museums, lounges, comedy clubs, colleges, universities and poetry venues in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Philadelphia and Baltimore, at times, walking away as open mic winner from the Nuyorican Poetry Café and Jimmy's Uptown Hottest Poets to name a few. (Source: Amazon)

In December 2005, he was featured in "The New York Daily News Paper" and they were quoted saying "His career is on the write track."
