Jacob Farlow

Jacob Farlow

I use a Canon EOS 40D with a 28-135mm lens. I consider myself a "realist" photographer, meaning that I will not use programs like Photoshop to enhance my photos. I want to present the world as it looks. While post-processed, color enhanced photos look great, that's not how they look in real life. I work really hard to ensure that my best photography needs no help from computer programs, and I hope you all appreciate the sense of reality captured in my photography. Take a look around and let me know what you think.

Feedback is one of the most important tools a photographer can employ, and I welcome any and all you care to share with me. Enjoy, and have a wonderful day!

Nicholas Scarpinato

"My love of photography began at a young age with a camera my parents had at their home. What I choose to photograph is images that tell a story, a secret that is waiting to be unearthed, a memory or a place in time. While the initial photographic capture is important, the ensuing creative process is the distinguishing factor in my work. My images are designed to expand the intellectual limits of surreal photography"
