Artist Statement: 

I have been classically trained since 1993, with teachers under the Tianjin Conservatory, the Conservatoire de Paris, and the Juilliard School. I have been privleged to share my classical interpretations as well as romantic/ambient improvisations around the world, from piano bars, concert halls, indie clubs, to Official Residences of diplomats. I aim for virtuosity and versatility. Increasingly, my performances fuse dance and multi-media elements with music.

Hello World! I am a Digital Media Major with a minor in Graphic Design and certificate in Advertising from Marist College . My passion for greatness drives me in every aspect in life. I love all types of physical activities--anything that gets me moving and enjoying the outdoors. One of my biggest dreams is to travel the world so living life to the fullest is something that continues to grow in me everyday. I'm a graphic designer and photographer residing in Manteo, an island that is part of the Outer Banks of North Carolina. As the daughter of a career Marine, I had the great fortune to move often and see many beautiful places, but I have found a permanent home in the Outer Banks.  This little stretch of barrier islands surprises and inspires me every day. From the sand spurs in my feet to the black pelicans dipping up and down between the waves, I love it all.

Primarily an in-house graphic designer and real-estate/property photographer for a realty company, I also enjoy crafting, collaging, doodling...basically anything that liberates me from the computer! I find creating with my hands is a very satisfying conclusion to a day at the office, as well as stopping at a beach access on my way home to take in the ocean view and fresh salt air.
