FLAVIA has been turning heads with her flawless style. Known for her high energy live shows that doubles the ante with an accompanying visually stimulating experience, the artist is getting her name out and is well becoming one of the top rising pop acts out there. The music itself shows undeniable strength, examining life, love and sexuality with brutal honesty and candor. Loosened over fluid yet moving beats, her electronic embellishments will get you lost in the sounds, swaying and gyrating to the powerful grooves.

FLAVIA is now currently releasing “Blue (Stripped),” the acoustic version of “Blue,” which was featured off her four-song EP Out Loud.

FLAVIA takes the barest essentials of the track and imparts it with a back-to-basics vibe with only room for emotional resonance.

Simply accompanied by piano, the track showcase FLAVIA’s more vulnerable side as she sings with unguarded emotion. The song without the auto-tuned vocals that are present on the EP version is more intense, as the passion from FLAVIA’s delivery is undoubtedly getting itself across.

In an interview with Earmilk. FLAVIA said about the song:

“’Blue’ is the first song I ever wrote about a girl. It marks the beginning of my Queer journey of self-discovery, acceptance and love. ‘Blue’ changed my life and is so special to me. I woke up one morning thinking about this girl, and I couldn’t get her out of my head. It was the first time that had ever happened to me.”
